Description

AURA: In the Wild is an outdoor sound meditation experience designed to help you slow down, reconnect with nature, and reset the nervous system through stillness and gentle sonic frequencies.

For this gathering, we’ll meet at Heydon Trust, a tucked-away natural space that offers a quieter, more secluded atmosphere. We’ll settle into a calm pocket of greenery for a grounding sonic experience, where the surrounding landscape becomes part of the offering, inviting you to soften, breathe deeply, and transition into a slower rhythm.

This experience offers space to step away from the pace of everyday life and return to a sense of presence through sound, stillness, and the natural environment.

As this gathering takes place within a public natural space, we cannot control who may be nearby. We will intentionally choose a quiet and respectful area and hold the space with care to create a calm and peaceful environment.

Arrival

Please plan to arrive 10–15 minutes before the session begins to allow time to walk to the gathering spot and settle in comfortably.

The walk into the space is part of the experience.
Allow yourself a few quiet moments to slow down, take in the surroundings, and arrive without rushing.

You’re welcome to come a little earlier if you’d like extra time to relax before we begin.

If you arrive after the session has started, please enter the space quietly and mindfully to avoid disturbing others.

Please note that refunds cannot be issued for late arrival.

Event Flow

Arrival and settling in – 15 minutes
Sound meditation – approximately 30 minutes
Integration and gentle closing – 10–15 minutes

Total experience: approximately 1 hour

What to Bring

Please bring:

• a mat
• a cozy blanket
• water if desired

Comfort is important for outdoor sessions, so feel free to bring anything that helps you relax.

Weather Policy

AURA: In the Wild is an outdoor experience held in nature.

In the case of light rain, the session may still proceed.

If weather conditions are unsafe or heavy rain is expected, the event will be rescheduled.

Tickets will first be transferred to a future AURA experience of equal value.
If you are unable to attend a future session, a refund may be requested.
