Description

Join us for an open-air sound meditation experience designed to help you slow down, reconnect with nature, and reset the nervous system through stillness and gentle sonic frequencies.

Nestled above the city and surrounded by lush gardens, historic stonework, and open sky, Fort Hamilton offers a unique setting to slow down and return to the present moment.
